Pokhara is termed to be the next destination after Kathmandu. Pokhara Valley is the remarkable place for its natural beauty where many tourists visit in order to view the Himalayan range & for the exotic view of lakes. Pokhara is famous for adventure activities (Sports) like- Boating,trekking,rafting & many other. Winter in Nepal usually starts from December to February as the weather remains cool and mostly clear. The mornings and nights are usually cold and dry but the afternoons get pretty sunny. The Temperature at this time of the year drop to 6*C – 12*C (42.8*F – 53.6*F) in the morning and night, while rises to 15*C – 20*C (59*F – 68*F) during afternoons.Since Nepal boasts of diverse climatic zones one can opt for either snowy vacation in the Everest, Annapurna regions or at the tropical paradise in Chitwan, Lumbini and Pokhara starting and ending in Kathmandu to enjoy winter without the extreme chills.

Then we take you for a three day easy trek to the Annapurna foothill. The mountain sceneries that you would see in Pokhara is quite mesmarizing & superb. The lodges on the trek provide good basic facilities, though not luxury and offer continental and Nepali foods which you can choose from an a la carte menu.

  • Day 1(Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m) & transfer to hotel)
    Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu, you will be greeted by Red Carpet Tours and Travels representative(s) and you will then be transferred to a pre-specified hotel. After conducting the hotel check-in procedure, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion and introduction with your tour guide. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the tour program. Overnight in the hotel itself.
  • Day 2(Kathmandu Sightseeing)
    After having breakfast in the hotel, you will rendezvous with your tour guide and then embark upon a sightseeing program, which will lead you to various historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu valley. Some of these landmarks are considered UNESCO World Heritage Sites; The  Durbar Squares(Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Patan), the sacred Hindu temple of Lord Pashupatinath, the famous Buddhists stupas Swyambhunath & Bouddhanath amongst which  Bouddhanath is considered the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world. You will be returning to the hotel for the night. 
  • Day 3(Drive to Pokhara, en route rafting)
    After breakfast, you will be driven to Pokhara along the East-West Highway. You will stop at Fishling, bank of river Trishuli and experience white-water rafting for three hours. You will then continue your drive to Pokhara. You will be transferred to a hotel on arrival. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty and is the second largest city of Nepal. It is situated at an altitude of 827m above from sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. This enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. This valley is the mostly used starting point for the trekking of Annapurna circuit. Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 4(Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing)
    You will wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot to view the magnificance of the sunrise. After having breakfast, you will be involved in a city tour of Pokhara which covers all major places of tourist interest such as  David’s Fall (Natural Water Fall), Gupteshwor Cave, Barahi Temple, Mahendra Cave and  Mahendra Pul and International Mountain Museum. Boating on Fewa Lake for one hour in the afternoon is sure to freshen you up. Transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.
  • Day 5(Drive to Kathmandu)
    You will be transported to Kathmandu in your private coach. Evening will be spent on your own. Overnight at Kathmandu.
  • Day 6(Final Departure)
     Our representatives will be waiting at the hotel lobby in the morning after you have your breakfast.  You will be transferred to the international airport in time for your onward flight journey NOTE: We will customize the itinerary as per the requirement of the customer.
