  • Day 1(Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m) & transfer to hotel)
    On arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by Red Carpet Tours and Travels’ representative and promptly transferred to your designated hotel. After checking in at the hotel, you can either take a break or hang around in the city premises depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion, and a concise introduction with your tour guide. Here you have all opportunities to ask questions related to the tour program.   • Day 2(Kathmandu Sightseeing)
    After early breakfast, we begin with a guided sightseeing tour to historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites that include the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous 'Monkey Temple' (Swayambhunath) and Buddhists shrine (Bouddhanath) which is one of the largest Stupas in the world.
  • Day 3(Lalitpur & Bhaktapur Sightseeing)
    Today after breakfast, you will have sightseening activities in Lalitpur & Bhaktapur area. 
  • Day 4(Sunrise view at Nagarkot and Drive to Manakamana temple & Bandipur)
    You wake up early in the morning to capture glimpses of nature at its best, as the most blissful sight of sunrise rejuvenates your senses. After breakfast we drive you to Manakamana where cable car ride from Kurintar will reach you to the shrine taking in the spectacular scenery along the way. Back to Kurintar and we drive you to Bandipur winding up with an overnight stay at a hotel.
  • Day 5(Excursion around Bandipur & Drive to Pokhara)
    After breakfast we kick off for sightseeing around this medieval town to explore major attractions of Tundikhel, Raniban, Thani Mai, Siddha Cave and Patali Dwar. We return to our hotel in the afternoon for lunch, after which, we check out the hotel and drive to Pokhara for overnight stay.  Pokhara is an astonishing place of natural beauty and the second largest city of Nepal. It is situated at an altitude of 827m above from sea level and 200km west of Kathmandu valley. This delightful city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of the lakes and the splendor of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. This valley is the most famous trekkers’ starting gateway for world famous trekking areas such as to Fishtail, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri area and for rafting destinations.
  • Day 6(Pokhara Sightseeing)
    After breakfast, we commence with the city tour in Pokhara covering all major places of tourists’ interest such as Devi’s fall (Natural Water Fall), Gupteshwor Cave, Barahi Temple, Mahendra Cave and visit Mahendra Pul to watch the underground Seti River and International Mountain Museum. Following the city tour there will be one hour of boating session at Fewa Lake in the afternoon. Wrapping up with the boating, you will be transferred to a hotel for overnight lodging.
  • Day 7(Drive to Nayapul - Tikhedhunga)
    After breakfast we drive to Nayapul and begin a short trek along the banks of the Modi Khola (river) until we reach Birethanti village (1065 m). Then, we follow the trail leading to north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola and climb steadily up to Tikhedhunga at an altitude of 1525 m. Overnight stay at a lodge.   
  • Day 8(Trek to Ghorepani)
    Leaving Tikhedhunga, we embark on our trek with steep climb to Ulleri which is a large Magar village. The trail continues to ascend more gently through fine forests of oak & rhododendron towards Banthanti (2250m). Then, we prolong our trek towards Nangethanti (2460m). After an hour's walk from Nangethanti we reach Ghorepani at an altitude of 2775m.Overnight stay at a lodge. 
  • Day 9(Hiking to Poonhill / back to Ghorepani & trek to Tadapani)
    We wake up early in the morning and head out for hiking to Poon Hill. From here you get to see fantastic view of sunrise and panoramic view of Himalayas including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt Annapurna South and Mt Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). After visiting Poon hill we return to Ghorepani for breakfast & then continue trekking to Tadapani. On completion of trekking we come back for overnight stay at a lodge. 
  • Day 10(Trek Ghorepani to Tadapani)
    We start the day with an early morning climb to Deurali pass after which we descend steeply through dense moss-covered forest to Tadapani. This trek provides a magnificent panorama of Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Annapurna I. Overnight stay at a lodge. 
  • Day 11(Trek Tadapani to Ghandruk)
    Your day starts with a short downhill walk through forests and then the trail eases as we reach Ghandruk (2000m), which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Nepal. This village is inhabited by Gurungs, one of the ethnic groups of Nepal. Overnight stay at a lodge. 
  • Day 12(Trek Ghandruk to Pothana (1900 m))
    The first fraction of our trek is moderately steep up to Landruk. We ascend following the stone staircase for almost two hours and again ascend steeply for another hour to Deurali (2150m) passing through Tolkha village (1850m). From here we can spot panoramic views of Himalayan mountain range from Mt. Dhaulagiri I (8167m) to Lamjung Himal (6930m). Then, the trail descends gently down to Pothana village. Overnight stay at a lodge.
  • Day 13(Trek Pothana to Dhampus Phedi (1113m.))
    We begin our trek from Pothana to Dhampus Phedi which usually takes about four hours. The trail descends gently for at least an hour and follows gravel road for two hours until we reach Dhampus Phedi to catch a transport to Pokhara. Overnight stay at a hotel.
  • Day 14(Drive Pokhara to Tansen (Palpa))
    Today we drive you to Tansen, approx. 130 km southwest of Pokhara. North of the town the forested hill of Srinagar offers landscape of the surrounding valleys and the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. We can either start hiking from the town to Ranighat in the north, to Ridi in the west or simply wander about the homesteads of the Madi valley in the south. A walled area in the center of the town that you enter through a huge door, Mul Dhoka (main gate) is an old palace ground and it is the only real evidence of this former Sen kingdom of the early 16th century reminiscent of the glorious past. Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 15(Sightseeing around Tansen)
    This hill resort town offers an ample variety of excursions from 1 hour walk to the top of the forested hill of Srinagar, to an 8 hour return trip down to a deserted Rana Palace and Ramdi Ghat. The scenery around the dense and serene woody slopes of Rambhapani and Satyawati Lake is stunning and walking is a great way to see the 'real' Nepal. On clear days the Himalayas are often visible from the mission hospital and surrounding areas.  Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 16(Drive from Palpa to Lumbini via Butwal, Bhairawa)
    Today after breakfast, you will drive from Palpa to Lumbini via Butwal, Bhairawa & have sightseeing tour.
  • Day 17(Lumbini Sightseeing)
    Early in the morning we visit all the popular historical, religious and cultural sites in the Lumbini garden such as Maya Devi Temple, World Peace Pagoda, China Temple, Thai Monastery, Burmese (Myanmar) Temple, Nepal Buddha Temple and Dharmaswami Buddhist monastery and a museum. During the sightseeing we will also visit a large stone pillar built by Emperor Ashoka in 250 BC. It contains an inscription about the birth of Buddha. After Lumbini we drive to Tilaurakot for overnight stay. Many archeological ruins and findings make our visit to Tilaurakot worthwhile.
  • Day 18(Drive Lumbini to Swargadwari)

       We drive to scenic Dang Deukhuri valley along the base of Mahabharat Range.   • Day 20(Drive from Dang to Sauraha Village Chitwan)
    Today we drive from Dang to Sauraha village outside Chitwan National Park situated near the Rapti River and the National Park. It lies at the East West National Highway. Chitwan is popular for its national park abundant with diverse flora and fauna. The One-horned Rhinoceros is one of the most endangered wildlife which is often seen inside the park. There are many other animals which make the park one of the riches for wildlife conservation and eco systems in the world.
  • Day 21(Full day Safari activities in Royal National Park)
    Subsequent to early breakfast, you will explore the Royal Chitwan National Park accompanied by a nature guide on elephant back, in dugout canoes, on foot or in a vehicle. This day your full time will be spent on trips deep inside the jungle on elephant back. You are encouraged to make jungle walks or indulge in bird watching.  Finally a canoe trip on the Rapti River will give you a magnificent chance to see crocodiles on the river banks. Or, if you prefer, you can stay at the hotel and just relax. On conclusion of the exhaustive jungle safari, overnight halt at a chosen hotel.
  • Day 22(Drive from Chitwan to Janakpur)
    After early breakfast we drive east wards from Chitwan to Janakpur which is a great religious and historical place in central Nepal. Janakpur is eminent for being the birthplace of Sita, the consort of Lord Rama of the epic Ramayana.  On arrival we check in the hotel and refresh ourselves. Then, we begin sightseeing tour of an artistic marble temple of Sita Janaki Mandir, Dhanusha Dham, visit the Swayambar Mandap of Sita-Ram and drive back to the hotel.  Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 23(Drive from Janakpur to Itahari & Dharan)
    From Janakpur we drive to Itahari which is 137 km whilst Dharan is only 20 minutes drive from Itahari. Both the places are well connected to all the other cities and towns of Nepal. Dharan is now a bustling bazaar town that has grown rapidly. Temples of Dantakali, Buda Subba and Singha Bahini in Dharan are worth visiting. Overnight at hotel in Dharan. Dharan is the gateway to the eastern hilly and mountainous region. Beautiful places in Dhankuta, Tehratum, Bhojpur, Sankhuwa Sava and Taplejung can be easily accessible via Dharan. All the religious places within and in its vicinity are also interesting places for sightseeing due to the scenic beauty and their cultural and traditional importance. In addition, Bhedetar aka Sailung Danda, 17 km away from Dharan is another perfect natural paradise for relaxation after a hectic routine in the city. Dhaje Danda is another place where people can enjoy the scene of morning.
  • Day 24(Drive from Dharan to Dhankuta)
    haran is the gateway to Dhankuta which is being developed as regional center of eastern Nepal. About 50km above Dharan, it is a dusty bazaar town, sprawled along an east-facing ridge. It is quite a large town with good views, mild climate and plenty of interesting hikes in the surrounding areas. Dhankuta is facilitated with a number of hotels and lodges from basic to luxurious accommodations. There's a viewpoint with modest mountain views just south of the centre; take the right fork above the bus station and follow the obvious trail that branches left up the hillside. Most travelers who visit are bound for loftier locations such as Hile or the remote trekking routes around Kanchenjunga. Overnight at hotel in Dhankuta.
  • Day 25(Drive from Dhankuta to Hile & Pakhribas)
    After breakfast we drive further north of Dhankuta towards a beautiful hill town of Hile. It is a popular tourist destination to enjoy astounding scenery of surrounding Himalayas. Hile is a very attractive hilltop village in eastern Nepal and is 13 km north of Dhankuta Bazaar. It is also considered as a starting point for trekking trips to Kanchenjunga and Makalu regions. The route is most scenic passing through many diversified settlements and hillsides within such a short distance. Pakhribas is yet another village located about 5 km west from Hile. Adorned with two temples, two churches and a Buddhist monastery it has been celebrating Christmas as well as Buddha purnima regularly. Pakhribas Bazaar connects to two major districts (Bhojpur and Sankhuwasabha) through the Naradmani Thulung Highway which passes right through the center of the town. Naangi Danda is also one of the best tourist spots in Pakhribas for excursion.
  • Day 26(Drive to Basantapur)
    Basantapur is set up in the enchanting surrounding of mountains and greenery. Offering excellent respite from city life, the diverse landscape includes terraced fields as well as plain land, which are covered by different types of vegetation. The mixed pastures, hills of colorful rhododendron and jasmine, beautiful sunrise and sunset, friendly people and rich Limbu culture offer additional appeal. Basantapur at 2,200 meters also hosts trekkers on the way to Mt. Kanchenjunga in Taplejung and the popular Teenjure Milke-Jaljale Trail. Places to Visit in Basantapur Teen Jure Danda from where one can see magnificent views of sunrise and sunset, and majestic view of mountains. Milke Danda on the way to Taplejung provides a closer view of the Kanchenjunga and Kumbhakarna mountains in addition to the scenic beauty of sunrise and sunset. Pattek Danda is equally beautiful for sunrise, sunset and a wide view of the Himalayas including Mt. Everest and Mt. Kanchanjunga. Pattek Danda is ideal for short trek and is also a good area for picnics. There is a popular Kali temple 2 hour-walk west from Basantapur Bazaar. Gupha Pokhari is a natural pond that lies on the trekking trail to Taplejung from Basantapur. Picturesque views of mountains, sunrise and sunset can be seen from here. This pond is culturally Marg Pokhara is another natural pond on the lap of the hills Marg Pokhari watershed area has a dense forest that habitats popular species of rhododendron and precious plants. Marg Pokhari is on the way to Basantapur from Sindhuwa, which is 5 kilometer from Basantapur Bazaar. Sukrabare Bazaar in Hammarjung VDC, where majority of the inhabitants here are Limbus, is an ideal place and time to experience the rich Limbu culture. The village is popular for traditional weaved Khadi. The village can be reached via Sindhuwa Bazaar which is another popular area of Basantapur. Panchakanya Pokhari is another popular tourist site. Also known as Chhathar Pokhari, Panchakanya Pokhari is approximately 2-hour walk further down from Sukrabare Bazaar.
  • Day 27(Drive from Basantapur to Pashupatinagar)
    Today we will drive you to Pashupatinagar passing through Kanyam tea garden.  On the way we will visit Karfok, Panchakanya, Fikkal, Simpani tea gardens and in Pashupatinagar we will visit the local cheese factory and the local market. Overnight at hotel in Pashupatinagar.
  • Day 28(Drive from Pashupatinagar to Illam Bazaar)
    After breakfast we depart towards Illam Bazaar where we make a brief stop and have our lunch. Then we continue our drive to a very popular pilgrimage site - Mai Pokhari (lake) which lies 13 kilometers north to Illam Bazaar. There are nine ponds in the area some of which are large enough for boating. It is worth visiting during ‘Harisayam Ekadashi’ when a one-night fair is held at Mai Pokhari. Overnight at hotel in Illam.
  • Day 29(Drive from Illam Bazaar to Chhipitar & Antu Danda)
    After breakfast we drive to Chhipitar and begin 2 hours hike along green hills to Antu Danda (1677m) which offers brilliant views of sunrise and sunset over the eastern Himalayas. From Antu Danda we can get glimpses of the Terai flatlands, terraced hills, tea gardens and thick forests of pine trees. Overnight at a local home at Antu Danda.
  • Day 30(Sunrise view from Antu Danda & drive back to Bhadrapur via Illam Bazaar)
    We wake up early in the morning and hike up to the ridge to view the glorious sunrise. After breakfast we drive towards Bhadrapur vial Illam Bazaar. We catch an afternoon flight to Kathmandu, check in at the hotel and relax.
  • Day 31(Free Day in Kathmandu)
    Today is a free day for you to loiter around the streets of Kathmandu, do some shopping or just relax.
  • Day 32(Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi via Trishuli (132 km))
    We wake up early in the morning and begin our trip to Syabrubesi from Kathmandu via Trishuli. We head northwards away from Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills. During the drive we enjoy a glimpse of snowy mountains, terraced fields, forests and green hills. By the time we reach Syabrubesi, it is late in the afternoon. Check in at a hotel and relax.
  • Day 33(Full Day Excursion around Syabrubesi)
    Today we walk through Tamang village, observe the lifestyle, tradition and culture of the local people. We hike to a ridge and view the massif Ganesh Himal, Langtang and Langtang Lirung. In the evening we witness the Shamanic or Tamang cultural performances at a local home. Overnight at hotel.
  • Day 34(Drive from Syabrubesi to Dhulikhel)
    Today after breakfast, you will be taken for a drive from Syabrubesi to Dhulikhel. Overnight at hotel in Dhulikhel.
  • Day 35(Drive from Dhulikhel to Tatopani & Charikot)
    Today you will proceed your tour & drive from Syabrubesi to Dhulikhel. Overnight at hotel in Dhulikhel.
  • Day 36(Charikot to Kalinchowk & back to Charikot)
    Today after breakfast, you will drive from Charikot to Kalinchowk & back to Charikot & end your destination at Charikot. Overnight at hotel in Charikot.
  • Day 37(Drive from Charikot to Jiri)
    After breakfast at Charikot we start our overland journey to Jiri. The road begins a long descent to the Tamakoshi (835m). We drive through a rhododendron-forested ridge to the road's highest point (2555m), and finally we reach Jiri Valley at 1900m. Jiri valley lies at the distance of 55 km. east from Charikot in Janakpur district. Situated at an altitude of 1,905 m, it is the eastern-most terminus of the highway coming from Kathmandu. Swiss tourists compare this valley with beautiful city of Switzerland, Zurich. The valley has its own importance being the gateway to Mt. Everest.  For accommodations in Jiri, there are dozens of lodges on either side of the main street in the main Bazaar available for the travelers. Overnight at lodge.
  • Day 38(Drive back from Jiri to Kathmandu)
    Today we drive back from Jiri to Kathmandu covering a distance of 188km around 7 to 8 hrs from Jiri. We check in at the hotel in Kathmandu and relax. (Our 38 days long tour ends in Kathmandu).
